A really comfortable shoe, April 16, 2010

Overall: Comfort: Look:
Shoe Size: Felt true to size
Shoe Width: Felt true to width
Shoe Arch: Excellent arch support

I have suffered for years with shoes that hurt my feet and that didn't fit. this shoe fits both feet well, even though one is slightly smaller and one has a large bunion and hammertoes. The strap keeps them in place, and the stretchy fabric accommodates all my bumps. The support is great, and I have worn them almost every day for over a year with little sign on wear. I'm about to buy another pair in the other color. the only thing I wish is that more colors were available.

Finally a shoe I can wear with a skirt!! I have lots of foot problems: overpronation, hammer toe, bunion. I can get lots of comfortalbe athletic shoes, but little fro dressier wear. These are comfortable and supportive.

Second pair sizing changed, December 9, 2010

Overall: Comfort: Look:
Shoe Size: Felt a half size smaller than marked
Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support

I wrote a rave review of these shoes after I bought my first pair of them. At long last they started to wear out and I ordered and just received my replacement pair. Unfortunately, the manufacturer has narrowed the toe box for some reason. Even with both insoles removed they are not perfectly comfortable as the first pair was. This is too bad. I hope the manufacturer will go back to a broad toe box or make an extra-wide verson.

Not stretchable, December 10, 2010

I wore these shoes for a full day (thus eliminating the option of returning them) in hopes that the stretchable fabric would do its job and they would become comfortable. At the end of the day I was in agony and when I took them off I realized - by comparing them to my old pair - that the upper fabric has been changed to what looks like a rigid (non-stretchable) fabric. These shoes should no longer be categorized a stretchable.
