This is a comfortable shoe for walking. I bought these because I have bunions and the extra room in the toe box helps. I also have custom orthotics and with the re-movable inserts in these shoes, they fit great. I also wear toe socks with these shoes as regular socks cramp my toes together which is part of the reason for the bunions. The toe socks ( Injinji toe socks or Feelmax Coolmax) allow my toes to move separately from each other and with the extra room in the toe box of these shoes and my orthotics I now have a most comfortable walk!
