Aravon Rita Women's Leather Sandal: Comfort Engineering by New Balance

The Aravon by New Balance Rita Women's Leather Sandal offers the benefits to keep feet healthy and the looks to please any fashion enthusiast. The leather upper comes with two adjustable hook and loop straps that provide a secure custom fit. ABZORB® cushioning is featured in the fixed Velocor footbed to offer outstanding shock absorption in each step, which can minimize foot pain caused by impact on hard surfaces. The non removable EVA footbed is also covered in micro suede - pure comfort is felt by its metatarsal pad and medial arch support. Women will experience an even gait because inserted in the midsole is a nylon stability shank that supports the arch; and women will also feel less foot fatigue because of the Stridarc Wedge rocker sole. I have worn this shoe everyday since it arrived 4 weeks ago. It is incredibly comfortable and has helped with my plantar fascitis. It also seems very durable.
I was a little disappointed in the appearance of the leather. It has a shine to it that wasn't obvious in the picture. There is nothing wrong with it, but that isn't what I was expecting.
I would like to purchase this shoe in more colors.

These shoes have provided the needed support that I was not getting wearing regular slides and skimpy sandals. The fit true to size (I wear a wide), and have plenty of adjustment room with the velcro straps. I ordered black, and will probably order a brown pair soon. Good, comfortable, sturdy shoes!

This is my second pair of this shoe!. They are super comfortable and even though they don't have a removable a footbed for my orthotics, my feet are well supported and do not hurt or feel tired at the end of the day. The other feature I like is that they come in narrow sizes and they are adjustable. I have thin ankles and narrow feet so these shoes are especially attractive to me.

I love these shoes, I have so much trouble finding shoes that fit and are comfortable. I have hammer toes, xx wide, sensitive feet and my ankle twist easily. Because they are velcro and adjustable the stay on and do not flop. The soles are square so my ankle does not twist. I can adjust them through out the day if my feet swell and the straps are padded so they do not cut. It is like not wearing shoes at all. I love them, I will look for New Balance when ever I need shoes this company understands feet.m Thank you.
