The Aravon by New Balance Robin Women's Thong Sandal comes with looks to please any fashion fanatic all while providing the benefits to keep feet healthy and comfortable. The leather upper features a T-strap design with leaf-like decorative stitching; plus hook and loop straps adjust on both sides of the instep for a customized fit. ABZORB® cushioning is featured in the fixed Velocor footbed to offer outstanding shock absorption in each step, which can reduce foot pain caused by impact on hard surfaces. The non removable EVA footbed is also covered in micro suede - pure comfort is felt by its metatarsal pad and medial arch support. Women will experience a smoother gait because inserted in the midsole is a nylon stability shank that supports the arch; and they'll also feel less foot fatigue because of the Stridarc Wedge rocker sole. While the shoe is attractive and it looks like it is going to be a very comfortable shoe with loads of support, when I slid my foot into the shoe, all I felt was a hard plastic bottom with no comfort and no give. It felt awful and it will be going back as soon as I can get an return code.
