• Remove footbed/insoles from your shoes
• Loosen the shoes
• Preheat your oven to exactly 200F
• Test insole in your shoe and trim any excess to fit into shoe (note the RIGHT & LEFT foot on bottom of insole)

• Quickly place insole into your shoe
• With a thick sock, stand on insole for 1 minute

Great product, and a good value for the money. My chiropractor suggested these and I'm glad she did. I truly love them. Very comfortable. The difference is immediately apparent, as all you need to do is try one shoe with Archmolds and one without. Definitely recommend them.

These things are both comfortable and supportive. I'm not a fan of most inserts, but these are great. You have to try these once heated.

Bought these for my daughter who is on her feet for 12 hours shifts and was complaining of her feet hurting. After wearing these for a few days (adjustment period) she said her feet felt great!

I am a nurse and work on my feet 12 hrs a day or more. I have terrible plantar fasciitis and have tried everything from injections, chiropractic, orthotics, exercises and nothing seemed to help much. Although I still have it, these Archmolds have been the best thing I have had so far. It makes the pain more tolerable. I have yet to heat them as they are not bad right outta the box! But, I intend to purchase another pair! Great investment and totally worth a try!
