Use, Wear and Break-In Instructions : - Arch Molds Arch Supports may require a break-in period. Once the break-in period has passed, you'll enjoy the benefits of proper foot, leg, hip and back alignment.
- Remove footbed/insoles from your shoes
- Loosen the shoes
- Preheat your oven to exactly 200F
- Test insole in your shoe and trim any excess to fit into shoe (note the RIGHT & LEFT foot on bottom of insole)
- Insert one insole at a time into the oven, bake for 2 minutes
- Quickly place insole into your shoe
- With a thick sock, stand on insole for 1 minute
