• Arch Molds Arch Supports may require a break-in period. Once the break-in period has passed, you'll enjoy the benefits of proper foot, leg, hip and back alignment.
• Remove footbed/insoles from your shoes
• Loosen the shoes
• Preheat your oven to exactly 200F
• Test insole in your shoe and trim any excess to fit into shoe (note the RIGHT & LEFT foot on bottom of insole)
• Insert one insole at a time into the oven, bake for 2 minutes
• Quickly place insole into your shoe
• With a thick sock, stand on insole for 1 minute
• Arch Molds may be remolded if needed; however, remolding may reduce arch support and diminish benefits.
