Birkenstock Blue Footbed Heeled Arch Support Insoles: A Tradition of Foot Health Since 1774

Birkenstock Blue Footbed Arch Support Insoles are designed with the same characteristics and features of the Birkenstock footbed. These flexible insoles come with prominent arch support, deep heel cups, and absorb shock to reduce discomfort caused by heel pain, ankle pain, and plantar fasciitis. Since these arch support insoles are shaped the same as the natural contours of the foot, one will maintain correct positioning and anatomical support. By wearing Birkenstock Blue Footbeds, one will walk in pure comfort and at the same time lengthen the shoe's lifespan because the footbed can reinforce the control of the heel and minimize the torquing movement within the shoe, therefore reducing wear. These arch support insoles can be used in all flat or low-heeled casual shoes, dress shoes, walking shoes, athletic shoes, and boots. They are not to be used with Birkenstock sandals.

It is difficult to find shoes and boots that do not cause me foot pain. These inserts are great. I place them in my Army boots, my casual shoes, my dress shoes, and even in my hiking boots. They are extremely durable. The pair I now use is over three years old. I've been wearing Birkenstock inserts for over 9 years.
