I tried on several different good quality workout shoes. These gave a tremendous amount of support in my arches without orthotics. Now when I walk or exercise, the balls of my feet don\'t hurt, my heels don\'t burn, and my arches feel very supported. They are lightweight as well and the air circulates through the shoes.
