My daughter has Sever's Disease and these sneakers have been a godsend. She is incredibly athletic and the sheer support of this sneaker enables her to continue to do all her sports, while still protecting her foot. I simply keep purchasing the next size up and once we even had the wrong size we ordered and this company simply sent us another size - it's so great working with them!
