good shoes

These shoes are made well. I gave it a 4 star only because they didn't work for my husband. They did not have enough support in the arch for him.

Excellent customer service

After a bit of frustration searching the website, I needed some help.Luckily, I was able to speak with two different customer service reps who were patient and helpful. They made all the difference. The shoes arrived without delay and were exactly what I needed. However, the website could be improved. As I type this review, a large search bar blocks my view and I must move the text around--quite annoying. Other than that, I will use this store again based on the personal service.

Lightning 2 shoes

They are comfortable and wide enough but do not hold up well. We will see how they last after foot surgery
