Good shoe, but a little stiff for an "athletic" shoe

I really love my Drew Paradise II Walking Shoes so I tried the Drew Flash II Athletic/Walking Shoes. The fit is good, but the sole is rather stiff -- much stiffer than the Paradise II. Maybe for some, the stiffer sole might provide better support but I didn't care for it. Also the sneaker itself has a chunkier (wider) look.

I was excited to receive these after the great reviews. I was disappointed that I had to return them. They were not quite true to size. I appreciated the prepaid return label and am waiting for my exchange.

Great shoes for work

They are a very comfortable shoe. I am on my feet all day and they are great. Would purchase them again when I need a new pair of shoes.

Great Athletic Shoe

I have worn these Drew Flash shoes for several years. The 2X wide size accommodates my custom orthotics well. They also allow for an extra cushion on the bottom that's needed when I have to remove the arched, cushioned footbed to put in my orthotics. I can't use the arched footbed in the shoe with my orthotics, so the bottom can be hard without an added cushion. They are long-lasting with extra long laces. Also give excellent support and stability when walking. The mesh pockets on the sides make sure my little toes aren't rubbed by a hard surface.

I love these, but wish they were more durable

I wear 11 wides, which is a hard size to find. These are very comfortable, relieved a plantar fasciitis issue, and help with my pronation. They are very comfortable but seem to wear out fast. The sole looks like is wearing away, inner lining has holes in it, upper leather material has wrinkles.
