In addition to being an excellent choice for sensitive diabetic feet, as part of Drew's Plus Fitting System® collection, each Drew Springfield features two removable insoles allowing the sandal's depth to be adjusted to accommodate an AFO, custom orthotic, or arch supporting insert. This exceptionally breathable sandal has a soft Drilex® lined interior that wicks away perspiration keeping your feet cool, dry, and comfortable.
