Shoe Width: Felt true to width
Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support

I found them to be a little shorter than I expected. And the insole was very firm and uncomfortable. After I pulled it out and inserted my own orthotic, the shoes is pretty good. I ended up also inserting a gel heel under my custom orthotic to get the shoe to feel right. Now it is very good. I'm not sure they are worth the money, though. Maybe it's just me.

Perfect for my long, narrow feet!, August 3, 2011

Finally, I've found a place where I can order fashionable, reasonably priced shoes to fit my extremely difficult to fit feet, something that has been next to impossible in a retail shoe store.

Orthotic Sandal, May 25, 2011

I thought that I would not be able to find a sandal that would let me wear my orthotics, but I did! A tiny bit shorter that I expected, but with adjustment of the velcro straps, they fit fine. Had to trim a small amount off of my custom orthotic, but not enough to not still leave them usable for my regular shoes.
