We suggest you measure both feet while sitting and standing, as some people's foot length and width changes when they stand. Gently place your heel against the Heel Stop and move the Toe Slide so that it touches the longest toe. Take note of the sizes and then measure your foot's width by placing the ball of your foot across the measure and move the Toe Slide. Use the chart on the back of the measure to find your foot size. Merchant Note: This foot measure device measures your foot size, which then can be used to figure out your shoe size. To determine your shoe size, we suggest you add at least half of a size to one full size to your measured foot size. For example if your foot measures a 7 than your shoe size would be a 7.5 or 8.
