Jobst stockings are made with high-tenacity nylon yarn and woven using a three-dimensional knitting technique, making them incredibly durable and much less likely to run or fray than ordinary sheer stockings. Jobst stockings use a medically tested gradient compression design that maximizes compression at the ankle and gradually decreases compression further up the leg ending with minimal compression at the waist for improved comfort. Moderate Compression stockings can successfully treat aches, pains, cramping, mild swelling, and mild venous disease in the legs.
