I found these shoes to fit true to size. I work 12 hour shifts and they are the best footwear I have found. They have a loose heel similar to Dansko clogs.

I have wide feet and bunions and these are more comfortable and supportive than athletic shoes.

Ordered the brown tooled Klog. Liked the arch support and comfort, but the shoes felt really large and loose. I wear a size 9 to 9 1/2 in other brands so I ordered a size 9. My heel doesn't touch the back of the shoe; I have a full 1/2 inch of room back there. My foot will slid back to front in these all day. Going to send back and try a size 8 since they only have whole sizes. Also think the black tooled looks better than the brown tooled.
