Kumfs Poron Forepart Shoe Filler allows you to personalize the fit of your shoes to work with your 3/4 orthotic.

They're designed for shoes that have a full length inlay. Simply take out the full length inlay and replace it with both your 3/4 custom orthotic and this half inlay in the forepart of the shoe.

Your shoes will feel like they were made just for you.

Although these are made by Kumfs for Kumfs shoes, they work in many other brands that have a full length removable insole.
