Part Mary Jane, part classic kitten heel pump; the Kumfs Women's Dress Shoe, Ivana is a beautiful, classically designed, black, leather low heel shoe that comes in multiple widths from medium to extra extra wide. Although not suitable for women with severe foot problems, the Kumfs Ivana does come with a removable 3/4 insole to provide extra heel cushioning and shock absorption. A 3/4 removable insole is able to accommodate 3/4 arch supports and 3/4 custom orthotics which are ideally suited for use with a dress shoe because they provide additional support and stability while allowing for greater roominess in the toe box and forefoot area.
