I am currently experiencing runners knees and have fluid on one knee pretty badly. My chiropractor said my arches had fallen and that I need to make sure and wear shoes with really good arch support. I ordered these on a whim because they were on clearance and very cute. I haven't had any knee pain since I put them on my feet. I primarily use them as house shoes but I wore them out of the house today and my knees feel fine. Buy these sandals before they run out!!! Hey, I'd better order another pair myself!
