The Naot Nina Women’s Shoe has a bold, contrasting leather striped design with a slue of healthy features to provide ultimate comfort. The heel cup is padded for added stability and comfort. The instep is stretchable for accessibility. The Nina has Naot’s unique footbed design, constructed of anatomic cork and latex, wrapped in a soft suede for ultimate comfort this footbed is also removable for custom orthotics. As part of Naot’s Creation Collection, the Nina has a 1.25” polyurethane sole that is both lightweight and durable. I have never had a problem with NAOT before, but these shoes create pain where the big toe joint is. The stretchy material meets the leather there, and the ridge it creates is painful. The stretchy material isn't very stretchy, either. The leather is hard and unyielding. A very painful pair of shoes. It also doesn't have the same great arch support that my other NAOTs have.
