with bad knees I really have a hard time wearing any sort of heel. These boots are nothing short of miraculous. I have a heel without the constant pain. They were the most expensive boots or shoes I've ever purchased but after 2 wearings and lots of walking and standing both times, I am convinced: spend what you have to for great comfort and style.
