The New Balance 890 Men's Walking & Running Shoe is not the same as other types of athletic shoes on the market because it's extremely lightweight and provides the same benefits of other, heavier, conventional athletic footwear. The upper is made with synthetic/mesh for breathability, while cushioning, support and stability are provided via the shoe's ABZORB® Strobel Board, ABZORB® insole, and the REVlite midsole design, which is durable and 30% lighter than other foam materials. The outsole is constructed with N-Durance® rubber compound to maximize the shoe's lifespan and improve footing when walking or running. This men's athletic shoe was designed to meet the needs of world-class athlete Andy Baddeley, whose name is printed on the shoe.
