    After you place your order you will receive an order number on the website and in an email. If you do not receive an email from healthyfeetstore.com within a few minutes of your order, please check your email filters.

    This email will come from healthyfeetstore.com and will show the order number in the subject line as follows: order yhst-11400100427085-11415 from healthyfeetstore.com. The email will contain a link to your order tracking page where you can view the status of each item you ordered. When your order has shipped, your tracking number (if available) will be shown.

    Most non-shoe items and products will ship within 24 hours and will ship from Walpole, MA. For information on shipping costs, please visit our shipping and returns page.

    If you do not receive the confirmation email or it has been over 8 business days and you have not received your order, please email us at cservice@healthyfeetstore.com, and someone will track your order and respond to you within 12 hours.

    Actual processing and shipping times vary by your location, the shoes you order, and the shipping method you pick.

    The estimated processing time will be displayed next to your item after you select a size on the product page and throughout the checkout process. Processing time is the amount of time needed before your order ships out. Typical processing time for shoe orders is 2-3 days.

    Transit time varies based on the shipping method selected in the shopping cart. Free Ground Shipping is estimated to be 5-8 business days, depending on the shipping origin and destination. Other shipping methods will reach you quicker, however, we cannot ship shoes overnight.

    For orders placed on the Friday afternoons or weekends, in stock orders begin shipping on Monday, including priority shipments. Orders shipping from our vendors will begin processing on Monday, and shipping on Tuesday or Wedensday.

    All shipping estimates are in business days.

    Most of our shoes ship directly from the vendors. Please note that Ziera shoes ship directly from New Zealand and may take 2-3 days longer. If it has been 8 business days or more since shipping confirmation, please send us an email at cservice@healthyfeetstore.com with your last name and order number. We will track your order and get back to you with a status within 24 hours.

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for some reason you need to return your unworn merchandise, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or up to 6 months for a HealthyFeetStore.com store credit. Please note, items must be returned in their original condition.
