Helped my Plantar Fasciitis, December 21, 2009

These arch supports really helped my feet. I have suffered with Plantar Fasciitis for the past 6-7 months. The pain is absolutely excruciating. I purchased a pair of these arch supports and I felt immediate relief of some of my pain (I felt a huge amount of pressure taken off of my heels). I felt even more relief after wearing them for just one day. When I woke up the next morning, my feet ALMOST felt pain free!! My feet weren't so sore that I couldn't even walk right away. The longer I use them the less pain I am experiencing. They are very light weight, and slim and fit fine into my tennis shoes just fine without having to remove the factory insole. I highly recommend these arch supports. I finely feel hopeful about this very painful situation. These arch supports run true to size so follow the size chart in the drop down box when ordering.
