Powerstep Full-Length features a prescription-like polypropylene shell encased in a unique double-layer cushioned insole. These insoles are the best among the several I've tried. They are thin enough to fit in almost any shoe and yet provide strong and stable arch support. I had, at times, severe arch pain from running around in bad shoes. I eventually started wearing these at around age 11. After I had my growth spurt at 12 or so I suddenly had arches!
