Dual adjustable straps over the instep can be trimmed and allow easy on/off and a custom fit. Perforation on the full grain tumbled leather upper keeps feet feeling cool and fresh. This women's orthopedic shoe has a wide throat, padded collar and padded heel counter to enhance comfort. Soft polyester suede and breathable foam lining is soft against the skin. Three full length removable inlays can be removed for 1/2" of extra depth to accommodate custom orthotics or arch support insoles. This PW Minor shoe has multiple widths available and is Medicare A5500 coded as diabetic footwear. Ordered a pair of black shoes for my mother who has RA and her feet are deformed due to it. When they arrived she tried them on and she said they felt good as soon as she put them on. Normally it takes a breaking in period. She told me to order the taupe pair.
