Shoe Size: Felt a half size smaller than marked
Shoe Width: Felt true to width
Shoe Arch: Excellent arch support

I needed a comfortable and supportive shoe post op flat foot reconstruction surgery. This shoe fits the bill. The look is not exactly my first choice, but it doesn't look as orthopedic looking as many of the shoes out there. The insole can be removed to accomodate an orthotic. If you want a comfortable shoe then this is the one
