Return Information

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to send your order back FOR ANY REASON within 45 days from the shipment date, you will receive a FULL refund, with no restocking fees. We simply ask that you pay for the return shipping.

Conditions for full refund:
  • All shoes must be in the original, unworn condition (Please try on shoes on carpeting to prevent scuffing).
  • Shoes must be received in the original packaging (shoe box). Please ship the original shoe box back to us inside the protective shipping packaging.
  • Damaged shoe boxes will be charged an $8 re-boxing fee.
  • Non-shoe products cannot be returned for health and hygienic reasons.
  • Shipping costs for returns are not refundable.


Return Process:
  1. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form: You received a HealthyFeetStore.com Return/Exchange form in your package (if you did not receive the form, click here to download).


  2. Package the Product: Package the product and Return/Exchange Form in the original shipping box (please do not stick shipping labels directly onto the shoe box).


  3. Ship the Package back to our warehouse

    1. Option 1 Ship the package back to our warehouse. You are responsible for the shipping charges. Ship to:

    2. Option 2 Contact Customer Service and request a PRE-PAID Shipping Label by calling (1-866-324-3338) or emailing (cservice@healthyfeetstore.com). Print the label and attach it to the package. Drop the package off at your nearest shipment location (go to www.ups.com for nearest dropoff location). There is a $15 PER PAIR OF SHOES convenience fee that will be deducted from you refund. Note: Shipping labels include Pre-Paid postage only, it does not cover pick up.


Refund Process:
  • Once we receive the items and inspect them you will receive your refund.
  • Allow up to 7 days after receipt in our warehouse to process the refund.
  • The refund will be applied to your original credit card or payment method.
  • Shipping costs for returns are not refundable.
