We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to send your order back FOR ANY REASON within 45 days from the shipment date, you will receive a FULL refund, with no restocking fees. We simply ask that you pay for the return shipping.
Conditions for full refund:
All shoes must be in the original, unworn condition (Please try on shoes on carpeting to prevent scuffing).
Shoes must be received in the original packaging (shoe box). Please ship the original shoe box back to us inside the protective shipping packaging.
Damaged shoe boxes will be charged an $8 re-boxing fee.
Non-shoe products cannot be returned for health and hygienic reasons.
Shipping costs for returns are not refundable.
Fill out the Return/Exchange Form: You received a HealthyFeetStore.com Return/Exchange form in your package (if you did not receive the form, click here to download).
Package the Product: Package the product and Return/Exchange Form in the original shipping box (please do not stick shipping labels directly onto the shoe box).
Ship the Package back to our warehouse
Option 1 – Ship the package back to our warehouse. You are responsible for the shipping charges. Ship to:

Option 2 – Contact Customer Service and request a PRE-PAID Shipping Label by calling (1-866-324-3338) or emailing (firstname.lastname@example.org). Print the label and attach it to the package. Drop the package off at your nearest shipment location (go to www.ups.com for nearest dropoff location). There is a $15 PER PAIR OF SHOES convenience fee that will be deducted from you refund. Note: Shipping labels include Pre-Paid postage only, it does not cover pick up.
Once we receive the items and inspect them you will receive your refund.
Allow up to 7 days after receipt in our warehouse to process the refund.
The refund will be applied to your original credit card or payment method.
