I bought these because I had them in black from a few years back and loved them. These are not the same. The area where the straps cross inside used to be lined with soft leather; these are just raw and rubbed my feet. A shoe repair man ground down the huge ledges, but they are still not as comfortable. Unfortunately they are just as expensive.
