  1. What is your return policy on shoes?
  2. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for some reason you need to send your order back, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price or store credit.Shipping costs for returns are not refundable.

    In order for to refund the full cost of a returned shoe without additional charges some basic requirements must be met:

    1. All shoes must be in their original, unworn condition. Please try on your shoes on carpeting to prevent scuffing.

    2. Shoes must be received in their original packaging (shoe box). However, when you ship the shoe box back to us for return please place it inside a packing box to avoid damage.

    3. Please do not stick a shipping label or tape anything directly on the shoe box. Shoes shipped only in the shoe box without protective shipping packaging will be charged $8.00 for re-boxing.

    4. Please note that the life expectancy of the product depends on the individual using the product, the conditions in which the product was used in, and the unique wear patterns of the individual. Products will not be accepted as returns if the product damage is determined to be normal wear and tear, or that the life expectancy of the product has been exceeded.

    5. Discount, Sale, Closeout, Final Sale and Clearance Items are not eligible for returns. Discount, Sale and Clearance Items are eligible for FREE Exchanges. See the Exchange policy for details.

  3. How do I return my shoes?
  4. Return your shoes in 3 easy steps!

    1. Complete the Return Form: You have received a Return Form in the package with your shoes. Simply fill out the Customer Information and Return Details section of the return form.

      If you didnít receive this form, you can download one now. Click here to download Shoe Return & Exchange Form.

    2. Packaging: Package the shoes and the form (from #1) in the original shipping box.

    3. Shipping Label and Drop Off:

      Option 1 - Ship the package back to our warehouse and administrative offices at 24 Walpole Park South, Suite 14, Walpole, MA 02081. You are responsible for the shipping charges.

      Option 2 - Call or email our customer service department and request for a return label to be emailed directly to you. Print the label and attach it to the package. Drop the package off at your nearest shipment location. $15 dollars PER PAIR OF SHOES will be deducted from your refund. Please note, this is pre-paid postage only, we do not pay for pick up.

      After the shoes are inspected, you will receive a refund. For more information on refunds, see Question #4.

      If you are exchanging the shoes, please see our Exchange Information page. We cover the return shipping cost on exchanges only.

    Please Note: All shoes should be returned to the warehouse. Please DO NOT send your shoes back to the manufacturer. We will handle everything.

  6. Non-shoe products include, but may not be limited to,, arch supports, insoles, compression hosiery, socks, foot creams, foot sprays, nail polish, polish remover, night splints, toe separators, post-op shoes, post-op boots, post-operative products, heel suspenders, back products, wrist braces, and topical pain relief items.

    Due to health and sanitation reasons, non-shoe products may NOT be returned under any circumstances.

    Return policy for all other products:
    Products are refundable within the first 30 days from the date of purchase excluding shipping charges unless noted specifically on the individual product page. Please insure returns to assure that they successfully arrive back to us. Please include the products along with a copy of your order invoice and a brief reason for the return. Returned products must be in the original box and in the same condition that it was shipped.

  7. When can I expect my refund?
  8. Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within 5-7 business days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. does not refund the cost of shipping.

  9. What is your Christmas return/exchange policy?
  10. Worried about our return policy? You can relax. In order to avoid the Christmas rush, we put our Christmas return policy into effect November 1st. How does this work? Customers who place orders from November 1st through Christmas Eve have until January 31st to make a return or exchange. Just be sure to fill out our Free Exchanges & Easy Return form and call us at 1.866.324.3338 for a free shipping return label if you'd like to set up an exchange.

    There is no need to contact our Customer Service Department for a return unless you have a question or need assistance.
