The Spira Stinger XLT Men's Running Shoe is ideal for competitive runners and active walkers alike because it has all the features to improve performance and comfort. This men's athletic shoe has WaveSpring® technology: a cushioning, shock absorbing system that consists of lightweight, stainless steel springs that provide energy return - three springs are incorporated in the midsole; two small springs in the forefoot and one big spring in the heel. Wearers will appreciate the fact that WaveSpring® technology is extremely durable and long-lasting because the same cushioning steps that were felt on the first mile will be felt at the five hundred mile mark. The Stinger XLT also has a removable footbed that can be swapped out for custom orthotics or arch support inserts; and the midsole has a fiberglass nylon shank for added stability. The upper has a sporty look and is made with open air mesh that provides breathability to help keep feet moisture-free.
