I need a narrow (AA) shoe width which is what I ordered. I couldn't get a nice fit in the heel area regardless of three different sizes I tried. My heels kept slipping out even through I also tried putting the heel strips they sell for the back of the shoe for this purpose.
The look of the shoe is nice and my orthodics fit good in it when removing both inner soles. I had to return the last order and get an entire diferent style of shoe due to the width!

With both inserts removed, shoes go on with ease over AFO\'s. The strap is long enough for velcro to hold securely.
