Very pleased with comfortable sandal

The web site was friendly and easy to navigate. A minute after I placed the order; it occurred to me that I made an error in the size of the sandal. I called the phone number immediately, and a wonderful staff member answered. She was very cheerfully and accommodating. She explained the process and indicated she will check with her supervisor and request the correction. She actually took the extra step by calling me back within a few minutes to let me know personally that it was done and I should get another notification with the change, which I did. What a wonderful service!
