Comfortable but not waterproof

I wore these for a couple of months and they seemed fine, but then I wore them for a whole day at work in the wet snow and they did not meet my expectations. My feet were wet and cold the entire day. I also am not sure if I did the foot measurement wrong, but they were a little longer than my toes needed, so the material would bend uncomfortably on my toe joints.
