Realizing that nurses and hospital workers require comfortable footwear that they can rely on to successfully administer to the needs of patients, KLOGS Footwear USA developed the Polyurethane Collection to meet the needs of a demanding hospital environment. In addition to KLOGS Footwear's lab-tested slip resistant outsole, Polyurethane KLOGS Footwear feature flexible, durable, waterproof uppers that resist staining and can be easily cleaned with a wet rag at the end of every work day. The KLOGS Footwear Dusty and other Polyurethane KLOGS Footwear also feature a removable insole to accommodate a custom orthotic or arch support insert to allow for even more foot pain prevention.Merchant Note: Male nurses and hospital workers are advised to order a wide width one size larger than their usual shoe size. For example a man who usually wears a size 9 medium shoe should order a 10 wide KLOGS Footwear shoe. Size labeling is based on U.S. women's sizing.
