The elastic non-binding upper contours to the shape of the foot for a custom fit with soft, seam-free lining and extra foam padding for superior comfort and protection. Dual adjustable hook-and-loop straps at both sides of the shoe: medial and lateral offer an easily adjustable fit. This women's Mary Jane Shoe is designed to help relieve pain and discomfort associated with diabetic feet, arthritis and a multitude of other conditions. This women's stretchable shoe also offers extra depth (two sets of removable spacers 1/16 and 1/8 thick) to ease pressure on the foot with a roomy fit and wide toe box. Feel the ultimate comfort and customized fit of Orthofeet Springfield Women's Stretchable and Washable Mary Jane.- Merchant Note: Shoes have a plastic heel counter that is heat moldable to help snug up the heel. This is a simple fix but needs to be done by a shoe cobbler.
