Holiday shopping has never been easier! We have extended our return/exchange policy to accommodate holiday shopping and gifting. Shop early and beat the holiday rush and rest assured that you will have plenty of time to return or exchange your purchase.
Holiday Return Policy
Worried about holiday returns? You can relax. In order to avoid the holiday rush, we put our holiday return policy into effect October 21, 2025. How does this work? Customers who place orders from October 21, 2025 through December 25, 2025 have until January 15, 2026 or 45 days from ship date (whichever is longer) to make a return or exchange.
Just enter your order number from your order confirmation email and your zip code, select the items you want to return, and follow the prompts. You’ll be guided through how you want to receive the refund (e.g., back to your credit card or as store credit), any exchanges you want to make, shipping label creation, packing instructions, and tracking your return from start to finish.
