The Darco Body Armor Sport Ankle Brace: Darco Products - Focused on the Foot and Ankle

The Darco Body Armor Sport Ankle Brace was designed to stabilize the ankle during the acute and rehabilitation phases of an ankle injury. The U-shaped heel plate is contoured to mimic the medial/lateral sides of the foot. The size of the orthosis sole is not bulky and allows for more room within the shoe. The hook and loop straps can be cut to a desired length to optimize the fit while the liner is customizable to accommodate a supportive fit after the acute phase of an injury. The Talus shift strap prevents the frontal shift of the talus, and parallel hinge joints are anatomically placed to allow for correct movements of the foot. The Darco Body Armor Sport Ankle Brace is ideal to prevent chronic instability, help with the healing process after ankle distorsions, and provide support and stability.
