This shoe tends to run small. We recommend ordering a half size up from your usual size. If you are between sizes, size up.
Width Guide

- 2X Wide (4E) — for severe swelling, edema, or custom orthotics

The shoes are very supportive and work great for both running and walking, but there is one significant problem. My shoes are not even a year old and somehow I've worn a hole in the toe. I've never had that happen with any pair of shoes. I am already looking at having to buy a new pair because of this.
I like the width and fit. It fits my misshapen feet better than most shoes. Seems comfortable.

As I am a person who uses othotics in shoes this is how I can tell if a shoe is extra good. Many shoes if you take their well-padded inserts out and put your orthotic in its place is not comfortable. On the other hand the opposite is true in that after removing their insert and replacing with your own it is comfortable. All of the Propet stability walkers are very good. Even if you don't wear orthotics these shoes are extra well made and good for everyone.

This is my third pair and I love them. They were comfortable right out of the box. Have primary lyphedema and swollen feet. These shoes work for me every time.

This is my second pair of these, and I ordered the same size, however these seem more narrow. I'm hoping they will "break in" and be fine. I LOVE this shoe so I'm really hoping this is the case.

I only gave it a 4 because I just received them. Have not worn. However, I have terrible feet. Put them on around the house and they seem to be fine. They look good( dressier-than other brands-which I like) .
I have a balance problem and the unique design of these shoes gives me a feeling of stability. I also have neuropathy and planters fasciitis. These shoes are breathable, have plenty of toe space and very good arch supports.
This is the shoe I have spent years looking for. The shoe feels so soft, inside and out. I was able to get a pair wide enough for my bunions that also snugly fits my more narrow heels. I can finally walk without pain!
I almost always have new shoes scrape the back of my heel, but these were very comfortable! I wear a size 11 wide, but because of the other reviews I thought this ran a little wider. It does not, it is a true size 11. Wish I would have gotten the wide, but because of the mesh upper I'm hoping it stretches out. Good working shoes!

These shoes are very comfortable and pretty! I bought the same brand but a little different last time and loved them also. Worth every penny! I have bad feet, right one mostly! I have fat pad problems, my feet swell when I'm working so extra wide is wonderful, room enough for my toes, no squishing the side of my big toe! I work on my feet on concrete. Very happy

Like my other Propet shoes, these needed no breaking in. For the first time, I ordered double wide because of foot neuropathy and although they are wider than I need, I think this was the right choice. I use inserts for all of my shoes, and these are no exception. I did not have to remove anything to make my inserts fit comfortably.
I ordered 2 pair this time around and really love both. The 'stability fly' was a second choice because the other shoe I ordered was out of stock. What a happy substitute! Fits/feels great and no problem with orthotics fitting into the footbed. I do have to comment that I love the service from the healthy feet store. I received an email telling me that my first choice was not available, called customer service, conversed with the most helpful woman from Lancaster and got really great shoes very quickly. No problems with the credit card refund, everything was a breeze. Thank you
