Turf Toe - Half Steel Insoles

I have been using for over a year and the insoles work well for the arthritis in both of my big toes. A shout out to the lady who answered the phone when I called as they were completely out of the size I needed as I bought more shoes. She had them order more and said she would call me back when they were stocked again in my size. She followed through and left me voice mail when my size came in so I could place my order. In this day of poor customer service it was nice to have someone care and perform their job well.

Having toe fusion and orthopedic surgeon recommended I have these insoles to prevent moment while walking. Work great!

Help with lots of walking for my Hallux rigidus big toe. Used in my sneakers, it is a little narrow in sneakers. I did end up cutting the end off since it was uncomfortable on my heel. Makes toes numb up a bit at end of my walk.

Since I've been using the insoles, my feet have hurt so much less. I ended up getting three pairs. I even use them in my Peloton bike shoes.

On the advise of my orthopedic doctor, I ordered your product to stabilize a broken toe. Before ordering, I reached out to customer service asking for advice regarding sizing. After NO response, I decided to order anyway. It is the correct size, but I do not think that the half steel insoles provide any protection/stabilization for my broken toe.

Product is as described. Works great for my hallux rigidus. Easily fits under an insole or comfortable enough to sue on its own

I put these inserts in all my shoes and it creates a solid and unmovable toe box. This takes away all the pressure on the big toe joint and completely took away my pain! The men's size 6 is a woman's size 8, but it's wider than the woman's half-steel insert and fills my shoes better. I use wide shoes, so the wider cut it better for me.

I'm very satisfied with my insoles.

I found that the Turf Toe did not work for me. I had more than one problem going on with my big toe and the insert was uncomfortable. So it depends on your needs.

The half steel insole greatly helps with my big toe joint issue to stiffen the toe box in my walking and tennis shoes. However, I only need one insole for each left shoe, so I invert one of the pair of insoles in a second shoe; I wish you sold them in pairs for either left or right shoe.

Thank goodness my Mom ordered these for me. I am a college athlete that got injured with "turf toe". I was afraid turf toe would ruin my season. I am able to practice and play with these insoles, meanwhile the injury is still healing. TRUE SEASON SAVER. THANK YOU!

These inserts are very helpful for keeping the big toe stable, as my podiatrist suggested. Some shoes that don't allow the inner sole to be removed make it a tight fit, too tight for my toes to be comfortable. Thinking of ways to make that work in those shoes; other pairs where that inner sole comes out it will work, or might have to get new shoes with a wider toe box. My feet are wide at the front but very narrow heels, so they slide off the heel when walking and toes hurt trying to hold the shoes on my feet, which is no good. So still trying to figure the whole thing out.
