Love this shoe, buying my second pair!

I was recently diagnosed with neuropathy in the soles of my feet. I cannot wear standard run of the mill shoes, period. I work on concrete floors all day long, 9-12 hours a day. I was desperate to find an alternative, and found this shoe. It has been a life-saver for me, enabling me to continue to work comfortably all day long.The shoe is true to size, and very well made. All leather uppers, very comfortable soles. I've been wearing my last pair for nearly a year now and they still look great. Only buying another pair because I want to have another pair if this vendor ever stops selling them, I don't want to be without!First thing I did was pull out the inner soles inside. I took a pair of Adidas slip ons that have a super soft padding lower, cut off the over-the-foot strap, and stuffed the cushioned lower into the inside bottom of this shoe. Wow! This gives me the cushion I need, and even while walking on concrete floors all day, I feel like I'm walking on pillows! Seriously!!I LOVE these shoes, and this set up. Works great, will keep wearing these shoes. Love them.
