Exchange Information

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.   If you need to exchange your order back FOR ANY REASON within 45 days from the shipment date, the exchange will be completely FREE including standard shipping.

Conditions for FREE Exchange:

  • All shoes must be in the original, unworn condition (Please try on shoes on carpeting to prevent scuffing).
  • Shoes must be received in the original packaging (shoe box). Please ship the original shoe box back to us inside the protective shipping packaging.
  • Damaged shoe boxes will be charged an $8 re-boxing fee.
  • Non-shoe products cannot be exchanged for health and hygienic reasons.
  • Does not apply outside the 48 US contiguous states.
  • AK, HI and US territories must ship the items back at their cost or they can take advantage of our $15/shoe Pre-Paid label shipping service


Exchange Process:

  1. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form: You received a Return/Exchange form in your package (if you did not receive the form, click here to download).

  2. Package the Product: Package the product and Return/Exchange Form in the original shipping box (please do not stick shipping labels directly onto the shoe box).

  3. Ship the Package back to our warehouse
  4. Contact Customer Service and request a FREE PRE-PAID Shipping Label by calling (1-866-324-3338) or emailing (   Print the label and attach it to the package.   Drop the package off at you nearest shipment location (go to for nearest dropoff location) and send to:

Exchange Process:

  • Once we receive the items and inspect them we will process the exchange.
  • Allow up to 3 days after receipt in our warehouse to process the exchange.
