We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase; If you need to exchange your order FOR ANY REASON within 45 days from the shipment date, the exchange will be completely FREE including standard shipping.
Conditions for FREE Exchange:
- All shoes must be in the original, unworn condition (Please try on shoes on carpeting to prevent scuffing)
- Shoes must be received in the original packaging (shoe box)
- Please ship the original shoe box back to us inside the protective shipping packaging
- Damaged shoe boxes will be charged an $8 re-boxing fee
- Non-shoe products cannot be exchanged for health and hygienic reasons
- FREE Exchanges apply to the 48 contiguous states only
- Canada, AK, HI and US territories must ship the items back at their cost and pay the shipping on the exchange order
- Fill out the Return/Exchange Form: A Return/Exchange form was included in your package (if you did not receive the form, click here to download)
- Package the Product: Package the product and Return/Exchange Form in the original shipping box (please do not stick shipping labels directly onto the shoe box)
- Ship the Package back to our warehouse: A FREE PRE-PAID shipping label was included in your package (if the shipping label was not in the box, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-324-3338 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get one emailed to you)
- Affix FREE PRE-PAID shipping label on the protective shipping packaging (not the shoe box)
- FREE PRE-PAID shipping labels are for Exchanges in the 48 contiguous states only
- Hand the sealed package to your USPS mail carrier, dropoff at your nearest US Post Office or schedule a FREE US Postal Service pickup at www.usps.com/pickup
- Please record the tracking number to trace the package (22 digit number located at the bottom of the shipping label)
- Ship the package back to:
