Exchange Information
At HealthyFeetStore.com, your comfort is our priority. If your shoes aren’t the perfect fit, exchanging them is simple with our seamless self-service exchange experience. You have 45 days from the date of delivery to exchange eligible items.
Standard shipping for exchanges is always free, and there are no restocking fees. We also cover the cost of your return shipping label when you send your original items back to our warehouse.
If you exchange an item for one of greater value, you’ll simply pay the difference in price before the replacement ships. If your new item costs less than the original, we’ll refund the difference automatically.

Start Your Exchange
All exchanges are now handled through our self-service online portal. Click below to begin:
Just enter your order number from your order confirmation email and your zip code, select the items you want to exchange, and follow the prompts. The system will guide you through:
- Choosing your new size or style
- Paying or receiving any price difference
- Selecting your preferred refund or exchange method
- Generating your prepaid return shipping label
- Packing and shipping instructions
- Tracking your return and replacement shipment
Once your original items are in transit, your replacement order will be automatically processed and shipped — no waiting for us to receive the return first.
Instant & Expedited Exchanges
If you’d like to receive your replacement item even faster, select the Instant Exchange option when using our portal. You’ll temporarily authorize your card for the new pair, and your exchange will ship immediately. You’ll only be charged if your original items aren’t mailed back within 28 days.
Exchange Policy (U.S. & Territories)
- Exchange shipping costs are free for all U.S. customers, including APO/FPO and U.S. Territories.
- All shoes must be in new, unworn condition (please try them on carpet to prevent scuffing).
- All items must be returned in their original shoe box, placed inside an outer shipping box.
- Damaged or taped-over boxes will incur an $8 re-boxing fee.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 5 business days after your returned items reach our warehouse for your replacement or credit to be processed.
Out-of-Stock Exchanges
Because many of our shoes ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse, inventory availability can occasionally change in real time. We update our stock feeds from each brand’s warehouse daily, but in rare cases, an item may sell out between those updates due to high demand.
If the size or style you requested for exchange is no longer available, we’ll notify you within two business days of submitting your exchange. It can take up to 48 hours for the vendor to confirm an item’s availability.
When an item is out of stock, our vendor will typically provide us with an estimated restock date. We will contact you with the expected timeline and anticipated shipment date so you can decide whether you’d prefer to wait for the new pair or receive a full refund instead.
If the vendor cancels the replacement order due to ongoing unavailability, we will issue a full refund and waive all return shipping costs to honor the original exchange offer. This ensures you’re never penalized for a vendor-driven out-of-stock situation.
