Return Information

HealthyFeetStore.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to send your order back FOR ANY REASON within 45 days from the shipment date, we will accept the return with NO RESTOCKING FEES . (see below for details)

Holiday Shopping has never been easier! Beginning October 19, 2021, our Holiday Return Policy will go into effect!


Return Policy (All 50 States, US Military (APO/FPO) & US Territories):

Return Shipping has NO restocking fees but we do ask that you pay the return shipping. You can ship the items back at your cost for a FULL Refund or use our convenient PRE-PAID Shipping label service ($10 per item will be deducted from your refund). All shoes must be in the original, unworn condition (please try shoes on carpeting to prevent scuffing). Shoes must be received in the original packaging (shoe box). Please ship the original shoe box back to us inside the outer protective shipping packaging.

Once we receive the items and inspect them you will receive your refund. Allow up to 5 business days after receipt in our warehouse to process the refund. The refund will be applied to your original credit card or payment method. Damaged shoe boxes will be charged an $8 re-boxing fee. Original shipping and handling charges cannot be reimbursed.

Return Process (All 50 States, US Military (APO/FPO) & US Territories):

You have two options:

  • Ship the items using your preferred carrier back to the address listed below to receive a FULL Refund
  • Ship the items using our PRE-PAID shipping label service ($10/item will be deducted from the refund)
    1. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form: A Return/Exchange form was included in your package (if you did not receive the form, click here to download)
    2. Package the Product: Package the product and Return/Exchange Form in the original shipping box (please do not stick shipping labels onto the shoe box)
    3. Ship the Package back to our warehouse using our convenient PRE-PAID shipping label service
      1. A PRE-PAID shipping label was included in your package (if not, please CLICK HERE to print out your PRE-PAID shipping label or contact Customer Service at 1-866-324-3338)
      2. Affix PRE-PAID shipping label on the outer protective shipping packaging (not the shoe box)
      3. Hand the sealed package to your USPS mail carrier, drop-off at your nearest US Post Office or schedule a FREE US Postal Service pickup at www.usps.com/pickup
      4. Please record the tracking number to trace the package (22 digit number located at the bottom of the shipping label)
      5. Ship the package back to:

Returns from Canada have NO restocking fees but we ask that you pay for the international return shipping fees.       3. Ship the Package back to our warehouse using an international postal carrier of your choice
        • Affix the international shipping label on the outer protective shipping packaging (not the shoe box)
        • Drop-off package at international shipping location of your choice
        • Please record the tracking number to trace the package
