Spenco Total Support Gel Arch Support Insoles are designed to provide cushioning support to any shoe. These support insoles have the following features: a 3-Pod cushioning system to absorb impact at the heel strike, a stability cradle for balanced support, TPR (thermoplastic) gel that provides 44% energy return, a forefoot impact zone and a Silipure Antimicrobial low-friction top cloth to reduce foot odor and prevent blisters. I need to wear them again but my feet are the same. But because these arch supports are a little softer, they mold very nicely to both my feet and are very comfortable.

I purchased these to replace the insoles in some slip-on sneakers that I had that I never wore because they weren't comfortable. Now they are some of my most comfortable shoes and my feet are much happier.
